Dae-heung temple is situated on Mt. Du-ryun breast, it was built by Ado-hwasang in the 5th year of king Jean-heung if Silla.

Dae-heung temple is a delivery room of Buddhist culture as one of 31 head temple.

The 13 great Jongsa and great Gangsa were form this temple, there are 54 pagodas for great monk See-san bones and 27 monuments at the front of Il-ju-moon so many pagodas mean that many great monks came form this temple.
